Recently, Colorado Trading & Clothing Company announced its rebranding of an organization to be called Active Fashion Group (AFG). AFG is an American organization based in Greenwood Village, Colorado which was found in 1998. Their main focus is to design and distribute innovative and original active lifestyle apparel brands. Since their founding, AFG has broadened their horizons as for its production and distribution of individual, yet comfortable, designs and textiles. Some active fashion brands which make up the AFG are Colorado Clothing, Lola, Gracie and Soybu. Colorado Trading & Clothing Company made the decision to rebrand themselves due to their company’s quick expansion and growth. They are aware of the active fashion industry’s sudden growth, trending, and demand.

It’s about embracing a lifestyle that is on-the-go and relying on comfortable, well-fitting and fashionable clothes to meet that lifestyle. We are truly defining a new active fashion category. This company rebrand will position Active Fashion Group for tremendous expansion. 2013 was a hugely successful year for us, we are priming 2014 to capitalize on that success,” stated CEO and President of AFG, Jeff Schmitt.
Though the organization has rebranded themselves, AFG vows to keep with its original intent- to make comfortable, unique, innovative, and fashionable clothing for the active apparel market.
They intend to pursue further success in the future. Soybu is a great example of AFG’s recent triumphs seeing as within the past year, they have reached over 1,000 boutiques, specialty stores, and fitness studios. International expansion to the Middle East, Japan and Canada has been a major part of their achievements and AFG will see to it that their organization continues to progress and advance.
